Most Orders usually ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. Some items may be shipped sooner, but others may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time. On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on your receipt.

Please note that our free shipping offer is valid only with purchase and does not apply to returned items.
If you need to return all or part of your order the appropriate shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Expedited Shipping

Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 5-7 business days from the day they are shipped. For quicker delivery, please select one of our expedited shipping options at the checkout, such as 3 Day Select ($19), 2nd Day Air ($25) or Overnight Delivery ($50).

International Orders
We are able to ship internationally for a flat rate of $40. However, we cannot ship to some regions and/or countries. We will notify you via email of any restrictions when you place your order.

Any order outside of the contiguous 48 states will require longer ship-out and/or delivery times. In general, please allow 10-15 business days for international shipping. However, some orders may take up to 4-6 weeks for international delivery. At this time we do not offer any expedited international shipping options. Keep in mind that promotional shipping offers do not apply to orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping Exceptions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses. You can direct any inquiries to sales@blessinggowns.com.

Placing Orders with Multiple Shipping Addresses?
Please place a separate order for each shipping address as our website is designed to accept only one shipping address per order.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:
If you purchase a product from us and it does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange your purchase. These items must be returned in their original packing and accompanied with all paper work.

To make a return or exchange you must notify us within 10 business days of the receipt of your order. Any requests beyond ten business days may not be allowed.
Email us at sales@blessinggowns.com to request a Return/Exchange Number. Any return received without a Return/Exchange Number will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you wish to make an exchange instead of a return the restocking fee will be waived. Please notify us at the time the RA number is issued that you will be making an exchange. All items must be in original and sellable condition to avoid additional charges and/or fees. Freight will be the responsibility of the customer.

To cancel your order, simply email us at sales@blessinggowns.com or call us at 720-810-2584. Orders generally ship within one to two business days of placing the order. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped you will be charged the cost of the shipping.
